Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (if available)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if shipping can be arranged.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
